For a week, I traveled through the Pyrenees in an Overland Camper, and it was undoubtedly one of the most complete and unforgettable adventures I have ever had. My journey took me from the desert-like plains of Las Bardenas Reales to the rugged mountains around Rodellar and the atmospheric heights near Siurana. The trip ended with a spectacular 4x4 tour through the mountains towards Andorra. The camper proved itself in every landscape, from dusty desert trails to snow-covered mountain passes."
First impression: space and freedom without compromise

The motorhome drove surprisingly smoothly, even considering its weight. Thanks to the suspension upgrade, cornering felt almost like I was in a normal car. On narrow forest roads, cameras and sensors helped me maneuver safely.
The camper really came to life off-road. It remains stable on gravel, mud, and snow and drives effortlessly through challenging terrain. The ability to lower tire pressure and then inflate them again later with the onboard compressor is a big advantage during mountain trips and off-road routes.

“We camped off-grid for a whole week. With the new Overland Studio app, finding wild camping spots is a piece of cake. Thanks to the efficient solar panels, the battery stayed above fifty percent at all times, even on cloudy days. Electric cooking, lighting, charging equipment, and even electric heating worked flawlessly. Hot water was always available, which is a luxury you really appreciate during active trips."
“The bed is comfortable and comparable to a bed at home. Living inside is effortless thanks to the amount of storage space and the clear layout. Cooking on an electric hob provides peace of mind and safety. During cold and rainy moments, the diesel heater quickly warmed up the camper and the underfloor heating provided a pleasant feeling of luxury.”

The ultimate Overland moment
The highlight of the trip was the route through the Pyrenees towards Andorra. Rain and snow transformed an idyllic mountain road into a challenging passage. Despite the slippery and narrow paths, the camper remained stable and controllable. At that moment, I realized that this camper was made for exactly these kinds of conditions. Where this would have been impossible for others, the Overland Campers camper was completely in its element here."
